License Agreement

1License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Explyra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the platform.

2Restrictions

Under this license, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or resell the platform or any part of it
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the software
• Distribute, transfer, or sublicense access to unauthorized parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks
• Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws

3Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the Explyra platform — including source code, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Explyra and its founders.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are only receiving a limited right to use the platform as described herein.

4Updates

Explyra may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the platform from time to time. These updates may be applied automatically and are subject to the terms of this license unless a separate agreement governs them.

5Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and destroy any copies you may have.

Explyra reserves the right to revoke this license at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms.

6Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Explyra does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explyra disclaims all liability arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
