1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the HealthZen Pro ecosystem ("Service"), developed by Mitanshu Bhasin ("Developer"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the Developer.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mitanshu Bhasin.

• Proprietary Code: The underlying source code, algorithms, and UI/UX design are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.
• Reverse Engineering: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, decompile, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from the Developer.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You represent and warrant that all information you provide (including age, weight, and health metrics) is accurate and complete. You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service.
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

4. AI & Algorithmic Limitations

The Service utilizes experimental Artificial Intelligence technologies. You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic in nature and may occasionally generate incorrect, biased, or hallucinated information. The Developer assumes no liability for the accuracy of calorie counts, macro-nutrient breakdowns, or workout intensity metrics generated by the system.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mitanshu Bhasin, nor his partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
