You acknowledge that DNS changes require time to propagate globally and that we have no control over the speed of this process. We are not responsible for any downtime or service interruptions caused by DNS propagation delays or configuration errors made by the user.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may also revoke access to specific subdomains if we believe they violate our policies or are being used for malicious purposes.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Explyra and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service.
