By accessing or using Explyra P2P Enterprise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is an open-source peer-to-peer communication tool provided "AS IS".

You agree to use this application only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the tool for illegal file sharing or copyright infringement.
• Decentralized Seeding: You acknowledge that using the File Transfer feature involves Decentralized Swarming, where your browser may help seed/distribute file chunks to other connected peers in the mesh to optimize transfer speed.
• Attempting to disrupt the signaling server (PeerJS) or other users' sessions.
• Sharing malicious software, viruses, or harmful code via the P2P transfer system.
• Harassing, stalking, or threatening other users.

"The software is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement."

We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

Explyra P2P Enterprise is an open-source project. The source code is governed by the MIT License. You are free to modify and redistribute it, provided you adhere to the license terms.
